Overview of Our Return Policy

At Aurelle Studio, we accept returns within the specified time frame from the delivery date. All items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and in their original packaging with tags attached.

Please note that due to hygiene reasons, intimate apparel and shapewear items may have stricter return eligibility requirements.

Return Window: 30 days from delivery date

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

  • Item must be in new and unused condition
  • No signs of wear, deodorant marks, stains, or damage
  • Original packaging and tags must be included
  • Proof of purchase is required
  • Item must be returned within the specified return window

Non-Returnable Items: Final sale items, worn items, and certain intimate apparel or shapewear (for hygiene reasons) cannot be returned.

Return Process

Follow these simple steps to initiate your return:

Contact Support Email our support team to request a return authorization

Receive Instructions Our team will review your request and provide return instructions if approved

Ship the Item Carefully package and ship the item back to us following the provided instructions

Inspection We will inspect the returned item upon arrival to ensure it meets our return criteria

Refund Processed Once approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method

Refunds

Refunds are issued once the returned item has been inspected and approved. The refund applies to the product cost only, unless the item arrived damaged or was incorrect.

Important: Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

You will receive an email notification once your refund has been completed. Please allow your financial institution additional time to process the refund to your account.

Processing Time: 7 business days after inspection

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size or color, please return the original item following our return process and place a new order for your desired item.

Exchanges are subject to product availability and must meet the same eligibility requirements as returns.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Aurelle Studio does not reimburse return shipping fees for standard returns. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return reaches us safely.
